What range of products can you supply me with?

Our Food Service as well as Bakery & Pastry departments, cover a wide range of products used by steakhouses, snack bars, taverns, bakeries etc. You will find a wide variety of gyros, souvlakia, fries, meat preparations, oils, pittas, burgers, viennoiseries and baked goods.

What is more, we can also provide you with frozen vegetables, desserts, vegan friendly products, spices, dressings, appetizers and pre-cooked foods.

What days and at what times do you deliver the products and how are they delivered?
The products are delivered through our company's privately owned fleet of refrigerated trucks throughout Attica and South Evia.
As far as the rest of Greece is concerned, orders are sent through the agency indicated by the partner.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday at 6:00 - 17:00 (region dependant) and in case of third-party agencies from Monday to Friday.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You can pick up your order within the same working day providing you have submitted it by 4:00 a.m. through the app or by 2:00 a.m. via voicemail. Delivery days are determined after communing with your sales consultant or customer service office. In special cases (Holidays, etc.) additional consultation may be required.
Am I charged for shipping?
Our company does not charge transport and shipping costs. Minimum order €60 net value. Otherwise, a shipping fee may apply.
In cases where orders are shipped through an agency, the shipping fee is agreed between the customer and the agency.
Where are your headquarters?
You will find us in Aspropyrgos, Attica, at 100 Nato Avenue, 19300, in one of the most modern food storage and processing complexes in the Balkans.
What are your supported payment methods?
Payment methods are either cash, bank transfer, or through card (Mobile POS).
I received a defective product, what do I need to do? Are product returns even possible?
In case you received a defective product, inform either our head office or your respective sales consultant.
You will be informed by the quality control of our company, after a thorough inspection of said product.

How can I be informed in case of product shortages?
In case of a product's shortage, all of our partners are informed promptly in view of orders through letters and newsletters. In case of an isolated shortage, you will be notified immediately by your respective sales representative or customer support department.
How can I learn to use MegaFrost's app?
The learning method is very intuitive and easy.
You can learn to use the B2B application either through the user manual, or from your respective sales - marketing representative.
