Plain Label

  • They do NOT contain dyes, bulking agents and preservatives
  • 4 ingredients ONLY: Unprocessed flour, water, yeast, salt
  • The slow ripening process is strictly followed, which ensures products that are fluffy and strongly cellular. Special stirrers that reproduce the manual fermentation process are used
  • They are pre-baked in a traditional stone oven therefore having a long shelf life, without panning. Ideal for sandwiches & preparations

Croissant & Brioche

  • From solid milk butter
  • Margarine is NOT used
  • They naturally swell. They become fluffy and the pastry sheets stand out individually
  • Only top quality raw materials are used
