
SPITIKA TROFIMA SA ever since 1997 til today, maintaining a successful course, is operating within the production of Greek Traditional Foods.
FACILITIES
The seat is located in B' VI.PE. VOLOU (Industrial Area) and has a state-of-the-art production unit which consists of an equipped kitchen, automatic production and standardization line, dry and fresh cargo receiving and storage areas, as well as freezer storage areas.
CERTIFICATION
The production is carried out according to the strictest community specifications and applies the Quality Management system with the standard ISO 9001: 2008-EN ISO 22000:2005. The process includes a detailed study of the determination of Critical Control Points (HACCP) of the Purchase, Production, Quality Control and Delivery processes.
PRODUCTION
Having two production lines, the company produces frozen ready and semi-ready meals in CATERING packages for FOODSERVICE and Individual Portions as well as PRIVATE LABEL.
The second line produces fresh (fresh) foods in a protected atmosphere (MAP).
PRIVATE LABEL
Since 2002, all ready-to-eat frozen private label meals in individual portions of the A.B. group have been exclusively produced. VASSILOPOULOS, as well as for Hot Corners - Cooking, and many other companies in the area.
