Where can I download the MegaFrost app from?
a) Providing you are an Android user, you can click here, on the other hand in case you possess an Apple device, you can click here instead.

b) Moreover, you may download the app directly through Google Play and App Store respectively. Just type "MegaFrost" and look for the "Penguin" icon.

C) You may also interact with the "Google Play" or "App Store" icons that you'll find at the bottom of this page, as well as the bottom part of any page of this website.
I am not aware of my username and/or password to sign-in.
If this is your 1st sign-in to the app, you are advised to commune with your respective MegaFrost Sales Consultant or equivelant sales department, to provide you with your very own username and password. You are strongly advised to change your password afterwards to one that only you would know.
How can I change my password?
After you sign in the MegaFrost app, select either your Common Items or to make your order. Then choose your profile icon at the top right of the app. In your profile, along with info concerning your business (trade name, delivery dates etc.) you will notice a "Change Password" button. Click it and then just follow any follow-up instructions.
I forgot my password and/or my username.
In case you forgot your password, please choose "FORGOT PASSWORD" found underneath the box where you would type in your password and follow the on-screen instructions to have your password reset. Alternatively, you may contact your MegaFrost Sales Consultant to have your password and/or username reset. In any case, it is strongly advised to select the "Remember me" function during your log-in so that you don't have to type out your username and/or passwordf every time you sign in.
Where can I change the app's language?
During your sign-in, you will notice a language selector underneath the box where you would type in your password. By interacting with it, you may change the language to another that best suits you. The language change will take effect only after your next sign-in.
How can I submit an order using the app?
Effortlessly and promptly! This is what you need to do:

1) Following your sign-in, you may choose the specific branch for which you want to place an order, providing you supervise multiple branches for your establishment.

2) After choosing "Make an Oder" navigate to the bottom left of the screen which reads "COMMON ITEMS", so that you may access the items that you regularly order. To add more items to your "COMMON ITEMS", please contact your MegaFrost Sales Consultant or equivalent department.

3) Afterwards, by using the the "+" and "-" icons, finalize the quantity that you want to order on a product and then choose the icon basket which you'll find at the right of the product's quantity. Repeat this process for all the products you want to place an order on. When you are satisfied with your order, navigate to your basket by choosing the green icon named "BASKET" at the bottom left of your screen.

4) At the following screen, confirm the quantities of the products ordered. You may alter said quantities by using the "+" and "-" icons. Moreover, you may leave a comment concerning your order at the "Comments" box. You may then choose "ENTRY".

5) At the final screen, you will be presented with the agreed upon delivery dates, providing there are any. Browse the "Delivery date" box and choose your desired delivery date for the ongoing order. Following a final confirmation of the order's items and quantities, you may submit your order by pressing "FINALIZATION".
Can I make in-app payments?
At the time being, in-app are not supported. You will have to keep settling your balance with the agreed upon method you currently maintain with MegaFrost.
Can I modify my order in case I make a mistake?
Once you have completed your order and selected "Finalization", you will unfortunately not be able to make changes through the app. You can however repeat your intended order including or excluding any and all products you wish to modify and send that instead. Please do try to write in the comment section of your order that this is a repeat order and that the previous you sent should be cancelled.
Can I access my order history and/or repeat a previous order?
Of course you can! Browse "ORDERS" at the bottom right of the app to view your order history. Select "Add to Cart" of the order you want to see repeated. Then browse your shopping cart and complete your order as normal.
