
The story begins at the beginning of 1900 in Thessaloniki, when the Passia family started its business with the sausage industry. The love and dedication to the production of sausages, combined with the consumers' need for pure and quality products, established the company in the sausage industry, becoming the first industry in the sector in Macedonia and Northern Greece.
Five generations ago, we started with the belief that consumers deserve the best. Today, with more than a century of experience, knowledge, love and respect for our heritage and faithfully following tradition, PASSIAS has evolved into one of the most modern charcuterie production units, European standards, providing safe and quality products to meet the high demands of the Greek consumer.
From the day the company was founded until today, the love for family goes hand in hand with the love for cured meats. The new generation of the Passia family, with studies in food technology and business administration, continues the great work of the elders and works with special zeal, passion and method.
